3. Account Registration

To use certain features of our Services, you may need to register for an account. When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Contractor Services

4.1 Contractor Subscriptions: To offer services on our platform, Contractors can subscribe to our service for free. This subscription allows Contractors to be matched with Clients, receive job requests, and maintain a profile on our platform.

4.2 Verification: Contractors may be required to go through an identity verification process. We reserve the right to reject applications or terminate accounts of Contractors who do not meet our verification standards.

4.3 Service Quality: Contractors agree to provide services to Clients with professional skill and care, in accordance with generally recognized industry standards and practices.

4.4 Availability: Contractors are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of their availability status on the platform.

5. Client Services

5.1 Contractor Subscription: Contractors may subscribe to our service for free. This subscription allows Contractors to be matched with Clients, receive job requests, and maintain a profile on our platform.

5.2 Client Registration: Client registration on our platform is free. Clients can browse Contractors, post jobs, and communicate with Contractors without paying a platform fee.

5.3 Job Requests: When a Client submits a job request, they agree to provide accurate and complete information about the job requirements.

5.4 Payment for Services: Clients agree to pay for services provided by Contractors as agreed upon between the Client and Contractor. Fix-It.ltd is not responsible for payment disputes between Clients and Contractors.

6. Fees and Payment

6.1 Subscription Fees: Contractors can access our platform's services at no cost with their free subscription.

6.2 Payment Processing: We use third-party payment processors to process all payments. By using our Services, you agree to comply with such payment processor's terms and conditions.

6.3 Taxes: You are responsible for paying all taxes associated with your use of our Services.

6.4 Refunds: Since our contractor subscription is free, no refunds are applicable.

7. User Content

7.1 Responsibility for Content: You are solely responsible for the Content you post on or through the Services.

7.2 Content License: By posting Content on or through the Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, and display such Content in connection with the operation of the Services.

7.3 Content Restrictions: You agree not to post Content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

8. Reviews and Ratings

8.1 Review Guidelines: Clients may leave reviews and ratings for Contractors based on their experience. Reviews should be honest, relevant, and based on firsthand experience.

8.2 Review Moderation: We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate our review guidelines or these Terms.

8.3 Contractor Response: Contractors may respond to reviews left by Clients, but must do so professionally and respectfully.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 In no event shall Fix-It.ltd, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.

9.2 Fix-It.ltd does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of Contractor services, the truth or accuracy of Contractors' listings, the qualifications or credentials of Contractors, or that a Contractor can or will complete a job.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Disputes Between Users: Any dispute between Clients and Contractors should be resolved directly between the parties involved. Fix-It.ltd may, at its discretion, provide assistance in resolving such disputes but is not obligated to do so.

10.2 Disputes with Fix-It.ltd: For any dispute you have with Fix-It.ltd, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

11. Termination

11.1 We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

11.2 You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected].

11.3 Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

12. Changes to Terms
